  • When are you open?
    Think of us as your "weekend cake date!" In TUCKER, located at 4404 Hugh Howell Rd. #26: In Atlanta, located at 1089 Allene Ave SW: Major holidays, as well as global pandemics will affect these hours. Also, every January, we may close for team building, in-house maintenance & housekeeping.
  • What is a Chunk?
    Chunks are generous cuts of cake. Others call them slices - we call them "Chunks!"
  • Do you have any whole cakes I can buy today?
    We apologize, whole cakes are not available same or next day. We require them to be preordered online 2 business days in advance. However, we do have "Chunks" ready now in a variety of flavors for your large or small event.
  • Do you deliver?
    Yes! Your job is to sit back, relax and wait on your COCOCAKE. For local metro-Atlanta deliveries, we've partnered with Roadie. For nationwide deliveries, FedEx. In addition, we can be found on delivery apps, such as UberEATS, GrubHub & DoorDash.
  • What’s your best seller?
    Buttery Caramel is our best seller (and has been for over 23 years). It’s unlike anything you’ve ever tasted and will leave you speechless!
  • I don't see the flavor I want.
    Every flavor cake we offer is listed on this website so if you're looking for, let's say, Keylime, you won't find it. But, you can't go wrong with any one of our listed flavors!
  • I was told I couldn't get a cake today but your website shows there are 5 in stock.
    We agree that the 'in stock' language can be misleading. We promise that it doesn't mean we have 5 cakes sitting idle. We bake fresh; either the night before or morning of your pick up day. The template used to create this website processes all orders using our 2-day requirement. We are unable to change the template so here is a good rule of thumb to follow: If it shows 5 in stock and you are ordering within the required 2 day window, order away, the website will provide you with the earliest possible pick up day & time, based on existing orders! If it shows 5 in stock and you are NOT within the required 2 day window, the website will push your order to the next weekend. Remember, we do not accept same or next day orders because we bake fresh.
  • Do you offer gluten or sugar free cakes?
    Not at this time, but please check back with us. As we grow, so will our menu options.
  • How does your Loyalty Program work?
    Sign up is free & super easy! 1. Give us your cell number and follow the prompts once it comes to your phone to Opt In. 2. Download the free "AppCard" app to your iPhone or Android device. Add your birthday and email for bonus points! 3. Earn 1 point per $1 spent on Drive Thru CHUNK purchases only. Points can be redeemed for various rewards & discounts. 4. Track your receipts, point balance and reward eligibility directly from the AppCard app. 5. Always give us your cell number so your points can be attached to your Chunk purchases in order to earn points.
  • Do you offer cupcakes?
    No, but we do offer our famous "Chunks," which are large cuts of cake. These generous portions are larger than your standard cupcake and very customizable!
  • Are you hiring?

  • Do I get loyalty points for my online orders?
    No. Points are earned only on Drive Thru CHUNK purchases.
  • Are your cakes baked fresh daily?
    Yes, we bake fresh daily, in-house.
  • Do your cakes freeze well?
    Yes, because they are perfectly mixed & baked. In the mixing process, we eliminate air pockets to acquire a ribbon like batter. This enables our cakes to be frozen and taste as if it was baked an hour ago.
