BAKERY POLICIES

ORDERS


Chunks are made available every weekend; but whole cakes must be pre-ordered online. We require a two (2) day notice. Keep in mind, these are "bakery days" and we are only open Thursday through Sunday. 


During the ordering process, the website will automatically display the earliest timeslot available. It is your responsibility to ensure you select the correct time and date you desire. We cannot be held responsible if you come pick up your cake outside of this appointed day & time. No refunds will be given for situations like this. Instead, you will be given a store credit to be used on future cake orders.   


There are times when production has surplus cakes and can squeeze you in.  Always call to find out about these surprise, same-day opportunities.  Please know that if you are able to get a cake same OR next day, full payment is due at the time of ordering.  In addition to the price of the cake, you will be charged a $15 rush fee.  Note, same or next day orders can ONLY be picked up from our Tucker store.   

PICK UPS & LOCAL DELIVERIES


Because we bake fresh and our cakes are held to a high standard, there sometimes can be inevitable production issues. We will contact you to communicate these issues right away. Please provide us with accurate contact information. If you're picking up over the weekend, remember NOT to leave us your work number or email. If you are sending someone else to pick up the cake, make them aware of your order number & cake. Once they visually accept the cake, the sale is final. 


Deliveries are wrapped in plastic and labeled to deter tampering.  You will get notification when the cake leaves the shop, then again when it has been delivered.  Please arrange for someone to receive the cake.  Delivery will be attempted only 1 time.


Order statuses will be emailed to you on the day of your pickup or delivery.  You will be notified when your cake is ready for pickup, out for delivery etc.

REFUNDS


We do hope you can appreciate our No Refund policy. Once the cake is shown to you and it leaves the shop, the sale is final. If we made a mistake with your order, such as adding glaze to a naked pound, we will correct it immediately or issue a store credit for a future cake order. Each flavor has a description & photo.  Once your order is placed and made to its specifications, the sale is final.  We will not replace a cake simply because you do not "like" it.
