We ship via FedEx every Wednesday for all orders received by 6pm EST on the preceding Sunday. If your order comes in after this deadline, your cakes will be shipped the following Wednesday. Holiday hours WILL affect this schedule. Plan ahead for your events and desired arrival dates. On the day of delivery, monitor your email for real-time updates, including your tracking details. Upon receipt, please follow the enclosed Cake Care Card instructions. The cake should be frozen (not refrigerated) until 2 hours prior to serving. Enjoy your COCOCAKE!
