ORDERS

Chunks are made available daily in shop; but whole cakes must be pre-ordered online 2 days in advance.    Based on existing orders, the website will automatically offer you the earliest possible pick up day & time.  Any orders taken by telephone must be paid for, in full, at the time of ordering, plus a $5 processing fee.  You are always welcomed to stop in with your full payment to avoid this fee.    

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards.   

PICK UPS

Because we bake fresh and our cakes are held to a high standard, there sometimes can be inevitable production issues. We will call and/or email you to communicate these issues right away. Please provide us with accurate contact information.  If you're picking up over the weekend, remember not to leave us your work number or email.  If you are sending someone else to pick up the cake, please make them aware of what you ordered.  Once they visually accept the cake, the sale is final.         

PLANNING YOUR VISIT 

We are "Your Weekend Cake Date!" Our Drive Thru is open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only.  It is for Chunks and any pre-ordered whole cakes.  We charge $.99 for Extras, such as adding nuts or extra icing to Chunks.  We strive to have all 14 flavors available to you when you arrive and sometimes sell out multiple times a day.  We urge you to call ahead to see what's baking!     

REFUNDS

We do hope you can appreciate our No Refund policy.  Once the cake leaves the shop, the sale is final.  If we made a mistake with your order, such as adding glaze to a naked pound, we will correct it immediately or issue a store credit for a future cake order.      

Our products may contain nuts or dairy and be produced in an environment for both.  Order responsibly. We will not replace a cake simply because you do not "like" it.  We ask that you choose from the many other flavors we offer next time.
