Some cakes require ample planning and the expertise of a decorator. For those, we offer 30 minute Consultations every Thursday from 6 - 8pm. These must be scheduled in advance. While walk ins are welcomed, thanks for understanding that a decorator may not be available when you walk in. By booking and paying for your appointment online, you'll be placed directly on the decorator's calendar. During your consultation, samples (not Chunks), of our Better Buttercream will be given to you and up to 3 guests. Many times, you will leave with a complete cake summary including price! 50% deposits are required on any orders over $50, any with script, those for same/next day and any specialty flavors (i.e, Strawberry Whipped Cream Dream). These deposits can be made in person (free) or by telephone for an additional $2.00 fee. All online orders must be paid in full at the time of order.
Chunks are made available daily in shop; but whole cakes require 2 bakery days notice. While we bake daily and usually can accommodate same or next day requests, we ask for 2 bakery days to fill orders. Call ahead to find out what's baking! If we can fill your immediate order, be prepared to pay the required 50% deposit at that time.

We accept all major credit cards in store and online. All payments processed by phone with a live representative, is an additional $2.00 fee.
IN STORE PICK UPS
Because we bake fresh and our cakes are held to a high standard, there can sometimes be inevitable production issues. We will call and/or email you to communicate these issues right away. Please provide us with accurate contact information. If you're picking up over the weekend, remember not to leave us your work number. If you are sending someone else to pick up the cake, please make them aware of what you ordered and your remaining balance if any.
We do hope you can appreciate our No Refund policy. Once the cake has been altered to suit your order specifications or left the store, it belongs to you. If we made a mistake with your order, we will work diligently to correct it or issue a store credit.
